At ApoliticalSigns.com, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, custom-made yard signs. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects, damage, or errors on our part.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of this page within 7 days of receipt. We will provide either a reprint or a refund, at our discretion, once the issue is verified through photographic evidence.

2. Incorrect Orders Due to Our Error

If we have made an error in your order (e.g., incorrect design or item), we will offer a reprint or refund, provided that the request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. No Returns for Non-Defective Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

• Changed mind

• Incorrect sign selected

• Misunderstanding of the product size or design

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations cannot be processed.

5. Shipping Errors or Issues

If there are issues with delivery (such as lost packages), please contact us immediately. While we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
